- Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable: Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically according to the customer's personal requirements.
- Studio Error Rework Guarantee: In case of any mistake from our side, we will rework the product as applicable to ensure it matches your confirmed specifications.
2Non-Customized Products & Exchange Terms
- For non-customized products, in case of transit damage or receiving the wrong product, an exchange may be considered only with a proper unboxing/opening video.
- No Change of Mind Returns: Products cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind.
3Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
Clear Opening Video Mandatory
A clear, continuous, unedited unboxing/opening video is mandatory for any damage or wrong-product claim. The video must clearly show the unopened outer parcel with shipping label, followed by the complete opening process.
