Each creation at PR Authentic Gifts represents an artisanal, bespoke preservation process involving sensitive multi-layer chemical curing. We request all clients to thoroughly review the following terms prior to finalizing payments and dispatching keepsakes.

Share your delivery district, state, and pincode. Our desk computes verified courier transit rates and presents the final invoice inclusive of shipping.
Payment & Item Dispatch
Upon confirmation, our official studio address and payment scanner details are issued. Complete payment, then safely courier your keepsakes.
Orders Without Physical Keepsakes
For photo framing, customized acrylic portraits, or digital typographic artwork with no physical elements to embed, courier dispatch is completely unnecessary.

Mandatory Order Specification Checklist
Audio recordings, voicemails, and verbal phone discussions are not archived as binding production records. Exact spellings and arrangement parameters cannot be accurately verified on the bench through audio.
Only written text messages (submitted via WhatsApp or email) are officially attached to your artisan production file. Please double-check all letters, dates, and names before sending.

Standard Handcrafting & Curing Turnaround
Most custom resin preservation commissions are completed, inspected, and dispatched within 15 to 25 business days. Whenever curing finishes with optimal structural integrity ahead of schedule, dispatch occurs earlier.
Climate & Environmental Sensitivity
Resin preservation is an artisanal chemical process governed by ambient humidity and room temperature. Curing cycles cannot be artificially rushed without risking glass-like transparency.
Structured Batch Queue System
Artisans work in focused chronological production batches. Each sequential resin layer requires 24 to 48 hours of controlled drying before subsequent layers are embedded.
Priority & Urgent Order Protocol
Expedited timelines for weddings, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations
If your order is tied to a strict occasion deadline (e.g., surprise wedding anniversary, birthday celebration, or farewell gifting), please inform our team prior to placing your order to verify capacity.
When Feasible: Formally Accepted
If our studio queue permits safe, uncompromised curing within your requested timeframe, we formally book the priority slot.
When Unfeasible: Transparent Declination
If the deadline introduces risks to structural curing, we will transparently communicate our inability prior to accepting payment.
Mandatory Rule for Expedited Scheduling
When our studio evaluates a timeline and confirms (e.g., “Delivery achievable in 4 days”):
Payment and order confirmation must be concluded on the SAME DAY.
Rush feasibility is calculated according to the live bench load of that specific date. A quote issued today cannot be honored if confirmation is delayed by 24 to 48 hours.
- Personalization data and photographic assets must be transmitted within 1 hour of payment.
- Over 99% of expedited commissions are completed strictly on or before the committed milestone.

Milestone-Based Notifications:
Our dispatch desk regularly informs patrons regarding key order milestones (receipt of physical items, active resin pouring stage, and completed parcel dispatch). We kindly request clients to avoid daily inquiries for interim photos.
We proactively clarify whether your commission is currently undergoing floral preparation, initial pour, or secondary curing.
We do not transmit raw workbench photographs during liquid pouring. Uncured, intermediate resin layers do not reflect the polished crystal brilliance of the finished creation.

Weekly Closures & Holidays
